The brand's official story describes its beginnings as Anfasic Dokhoon, a line shaped around Arabian incense and contemporary fragrance. Mohamed Hilal and Olimpia Mascolo are named as its founders. The first boutique opened at Mercato Mall in Dubai in 2007, according to the brand's account.
