Which Should You Buy?
This one's a proper love-it-or-hate-it affair, a divisive celebrity scent that has people either raving about its unique freshness or recoiling from its synthetic bite. Don't expect universal adoration, but if it clicks with your chemistry, prepare for compliments.
A budget version of Tommy Hilfiger's True Star. The sparkling pink-grapefruit-and-anise opening sliding into a spicy licorice-orris heart over soft woods and saffron is recognisable, and since the original is a modest-lasting fresh-spicy scent, this dupe lands close in feel.

Performance
Season and Occasion Fit
Seasons
A warm-weather pick - at its best in summer and spring.
Occasions
Its fresh and clean profile, coupled with a generally moderate sillage, make it suitable for casual wear and sports. However, the strong aldehydic opening can be polarising, making it less ideal for formal settings or intimate dates where subtlety is preferred.
Seasons
The sparkling citrus-and-anise freshness with soft woods suits spring through autumn rather than deep winter.
Occasions
Its clean, versatile fresh-spicy character is office-safe, casual-ready and light enough for the gym while still working for dates.
Similarity Breakdown
Our estimate of how alike these two fragrances smell, calculated from their published notes. It is a position on our scale, not a measured percentage of shared smell.
Similar overall composition based on olfactory analysis
