Bergamot, Fig & Tobacco is one of The Essence Vault's own Base Note Collection blends rather than an interpretation of a specific perfume. A brisk bergamot top gives way to a green, milky fig heart, before the fragrance settles into a smoky, slightly sweet tobacco base intended to evoke a fireside evening. The structure is intentionally simple, three clear notes rather than a layered accord, so the fig and tobacco read fairly flat and don't develop much nuance over the wear. Performance is modest for a budget eau de parfum, noticeable for a couple of hours with soft projection before fading to skin level. It's an easy, comforting option for cooler months, casual by day and cosy enough for a relaxed evening in, and works well as an approachable way to try a fig-tobacco pairing without the cost of a niche equivalent.
