Focus on hyper-realistic atmospheric compositions (rain, decaying autumn leaves, seaside coniferous forest, smoky wood stove) alongside a broad range of gourmands, dark gourmands, ambers, incense/resin and forest scents, with some perfumes built entirely from natural botanicals.
About
Angela St. John is the perfumer and co-founder of independent fragrance house Solstice Scents, established in 2004 with her husband Gregory St. John. The brand is based in north Florida, with profiles and video features placing it in the Gainesville/Alachua area. She is responsible for composing all Solstice Scents fragrances, which range from hyper-real atmospheric accords such as rain, autumnal forests and smoky wood stoves to an extensive catalog of gourmands, florals, ambers, incense and forest-inspired perfumes, including a line of all-natural botanical-based scents.
