Antonio Alessandria

Italy Born 0 Nobile 1942

Alessandria often approaches composition as storytelling, beginning each perfume from a narrative he wants to convey through olfactory impressions. He focuses on raw materials for their expressive power and frequently works complex, layered structures, as seen in floral-spicy compositions like Fleurs et Flammes built around carnation and rose. His work is rooted in artisanal, artistic perfumery rather than mass-market design.

About

Antonio Alessandria is an Italian independent perfumer from Catania, Sicily, where he was born and later opened his niche fragrance boutique Boudoir 36 on October 31, 2005. Initially trained in science, he went on to study perfumery formally at Cinquième Sens in Paris and further refined his formulation skills under several independent perfumers. He began composing his own fragrances around 2008 and in 2014 launched his own brand, Antonio Alessandria Parfums, creating both personal and home fragrances as well as compositions for other brands and private clients.
