Ashley Santiago

Ashley Santiago is a California-born perfumer of American nationality with Mexican-Caribbean roots. She earned a chemistry degree (reported by San Francisco State University and Ministry of Scent) and went on to study at ISIPCA in 2016 before training at the Givaudan Perfumery School. Santiago has worked at Givaudan in Paris for about seven years, first as a trainee perfumer from 2019 to 2023 and then as a fine fragrance perfumer from October 2023. She is described by Givaudan and French Cowboy as the youngest professional perfumer at Givaudan’s Paris fine fragrance team. In 2024 she co-founded the niche brand French Cowboy, where she serves as co-founder and creative director while continuing to create fine fragrances for various brands through Givaudan.
