Bihter Türkan Ergül is a Turkish scent expert and perfumer born in Bulgaria in 1978; multiple profiles say she came to Türkiye at age 6 and has worked with scent for about 36-38 years. She studied psychology and later graduated from Anadolu Üniversitesi Sosyoloji Bölümü. She is the founder of Koku Akademisi, described as Türkiye’s first scent academy, and is associated with her own brand Tiyrus.
