Glow
Eau de Parfum
Jennifer Lopez
Strategist not perfumer - fronted Coty's celebrity-fragrance era; her signature is commercial direction (clean musky-floral mass-market femininity), not a personal accord.
Catherine Walsh is an American fragrance executive and entrepreneur, not a compositional perfumer. She joined Coty Prestige in 2001 and rose to Senior Vice President, American Fragrances, where she defined modern celebrity-fragrance strategy - initiating the Jennifer Lopez Glow line in 2002 (working alongside perfumer Louise Turner) and later overseeing launches with Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Sarah Jessica Parker, Beyonce and Gwen Stefani. Fragrantica credits her on Glow as a creator-of-record because she drove the brief, scent direction and bottle concept. She has since left Coty and founded Walsh House, her own fragrance-brand consultancy. Fragrantica lists her under 'Noses' as a 'Fragrance entrepreneur' (Company: Walsh House; also worked with: Coty).
