Diletta Tonatto is the perfumer and sociologist associated with Turin-based Tonatto Profumi, where she has served as CEO since November 2014. She is also a Ph.D. student in sociology at University College Cork, researching the sense of smell. Tonatto co-founded Limen with Michele Tiberio in 2018 to create perfumes and olfactory experiences for digital interactions. Her documented creations include La Reverie and Baci from Far Away; the latter was inspired by her years living in Australia and combines mimosa, tomato leaf and honeyed notes. She has been identified as a recipient of artistic perfumery awards associated with Cafleurebon in 2016 and 2018.
