Dominique Preyssas is a distinguished French perfumer known for his technical mastery and creative range within fine fragrance. After earning a degree in chemistry, he chose to follow his passion for perfumery, dedicating three years of study at ISIPCA before furthering his training at the prestigious Roure Bertrand Dupont Perfumery School. His career includes significant tenures at Mane Fils and Takasago, and in 2003 he joined CPL Aromas, where he currently serves as Senior Perfumer. Preyssas has crafted a diverse portfolio of best-selling and niche fragrances for brands worldwide, including Jaguar, Balenciaga, d'Orsay, Shiseido, and La Perla, among many others. His expertise spans both mainstream and niche markets, and he actively participates in the Société Française des Parfumeurs. Renowned for his precision and innovative use of new-generation molecules, particularly modern ambers, Preyssas draws inspiration from travel and a keen awareness of olfactory trends.
