About
Elise Pierre is a French perfumer at CPL Aromas who grew up in Normandy, where the countryside and the sea strongly influenced her early love of scent. She decided to become a perfumer at age 11 and later studied chemistry, completing a degree in 2015 followed by a master’s at ISIPCA, where she combined academic study with an apprenticeship in Paris focused on formulation and regulatory work. She joined CPL Aromas in the UK in 2017, rotating through departments such as stability and evaluation before transferring to the company’s Paris office in 2021. As a creator, she has composed fragrances for HFC Paris, including Forbidden Whisper and Narcotic Desire. Travel and exposure to different cultures are key creative inspirations she cites for her compositions.
