About
Elise Pierre is a French perfumer at CPL Aromas who grew up in Normandy, where the countryside and the sea strongly influenced her early love of scent.[4][1] She decided to become a perfumer at age 11 and later studied chemistry, completing a degree in 2015 followed by a master’s at ISIPCA, where she combined academic study with an apprenticeship in Paris focused on formulation and regulatory work.[4] She joined CPL Aromas in the UK in 2017, rotating through departments such as stability and evaluation before transferring to the company’s Paris office in 2021.[4] As a creator, she has composed fragrances for HFC Paris, including Forbidden Whisper and Narcotic Desire.[1][3][5] Travel and exposure to different cultures are key creative inspirations she cites for her compositions.[1][4]
