Eric Fracapane is a French perfumer based in Grasse, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. He has worked as a perfumer for Expressions Parfumées, where he is listed on Fragrantica as the author of multiple fragrances. Fracapane is credited with creating Tinharé (also styled Tinhare) for Le Couvent des Minimes/Le Couvent, an eau de parfum built around red mandarin, jasmine, white woods and vanilla absolute. He also collaborates with Maison Detaille, which notes that its owner Louis Pallier works with perfumers including Eric Fracapane, all based in Grasse.
