About

Fanny Grau studied chemistry at the University of Toulouse and earned a PhD in catalytic chemistry from the University of Nice. She joined Symrise in Holzminden as a post-doctoral researcher in odorant discovery in 2007, began perfumery training with Marc vom Ende in 2009, and was promoted to perfumer in 2012. Her documented creations include Abel's Nurture and Pause, while her work has also included fine fragrances in São Paulo and Mexico City.
