Karine Dubreuil-Sereni is a master perfumer born and raised in Grasse, the legendary heartland of French perfumery. Immersed in the scents of jasmine, orange blossom, and other local blooms from a young age, she developed a profound connection to fragrance. Her formal training began at the prestigious Roure Bertrand Dupont, now Givaudan, where she honed her craft. Over the course of her career, Dubreuil-Sereni has worked with acclaimed fragrance houses including Takasago, CMA International - SANOFI, Florasynth, Drom, Mane, and Vox Profumi. She has created iconic scents for major brands such as Gucci, Azzaro, and Givenchy, and her versatility is evident in her work for Bon Parfumeur and her development of scented candles. Drawing inspiration from her Grasse upbringing, her travels, art, and the natural world, she is celebrated for her original combinations, fresh and bold character, and a particular fondness for sandalwood.
