Kosuke Minakata

Kosuke Minakata is a Japanese perfumer working for Givaudan. According to Givaudan’s 2025 announcement of its Germaine Cellier Perfumery School class, he was promoted to the title of perfumer and assigned to Givaudan’s Consumer Products team in Japan. Earlier, Grasse Institute of Perfumery’s alumni records show that he graduated from the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in 2009 and was then a trainee perfumer at Givaudan. Givaudan’s corporate social media further presents him as part of a Japanese perfumery duo with Nanako Ogi and as one of the “Fantastic Five” perfumers highlighted by the company.
