About

Michelle Moellhausen was born in Milan on 5 May 1989 to a Paraguayan mother of Dutch origin and a German father, and grew up between Paraguay and Italy. She graduated cum laude in International Business and Management from Boston University before training at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery. In 2012 she joined the family company Moellhausen S.p.A., where she currently serves as R&D Director and perfumer focusing on the development of fragrances and advanced ingredients. She is a member of the Société Française des Parfumeurs and of WFFC (Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce Inc.). Her own statements highlight a strong attraction to natural and exotic raw materials, influenced by extensive travel and close ties to Paraguay.
