Nicolas Beaulieu is a celebrated French perfumer whose passion for scent was ignited in childhood, surrounded by the lush aromas of his family's garden and the evocative presence of classic perfumes like Lanvin's Arpège. Initially drawn to archaeology, his career path shifted after discovering ISIPCA, the renowned French perfumery school. After completing his studies at ISIPCA, Beaulieu continued his training at the IFF perfumery school and later joined Laboratories Monique Remy (LMR), an IFF subsidiary, where he developed a profound respect for natural ingredients and their sourcing. His international experience spans work in Holland, New York, and Shanghai, before returning to Paris in 2008 to embark on new creative projects. Beaulieu has contributed to numerous prestigious brands including Lancôme, Rabanne, Salvatore Ferragamo, Clinique, and Carolina Herrera. His portfolio showcases a remarkable variety, from mass market successes to niche artistic compositions. His approach is deeply influenced by his love for nature, the art of oenology, and a fascination with new raw materials and innovative synthetic ingredients.
