Niles Ramadhin is the founder and owner of City Rhythm Fragrances, a niche brand he says began in a small studio apartment and now creates city-inspired scents. City Rhythm’s Manhattan was launched in 2021 and credited to Ramadhin as perfumer. Per retailer and brand listings, he is also identified as the creative director behind the house.
