Paul Voulgaridis is the perfumer and founder of Vanitas Parfums, an independent house started in 2022. The house describes its work as a precise, expressive approach to composition, with each perfume conceived around structure, proportion and emotional depth and unfolding gradually on skin. No perfumery school or apprenticeship is documented, so none is claimed.

Voulgaridis is also the registered company officer of Vanitas Parfums Ltd. The house says every fragrance begins with an impression, such as a landscape, a gesture, a quality of light or a fragment of memory, and that it works with natural extracts, absolutes, resins, supercritical extractions and distillations alongside modern aroma chemicals from specialist producers around the world. It reports recognition from The Fragrance Foundation and The Golden Pineapple Fragrance Awards, including a win for Best Floral Fragrance of 2026 and several finalist places.

The perfumes are extraits, sold in 50ml and 100ml bottles with travel and sample sizes. Zenith opens with ripe pineapple, bergamot and tangerine over a rose and jasmine heart, and Porcelain Heart is a creamy tuberose-led floral with cardamom and ginger at the top. The house also sells Spectres, weightless underlayers meant to boost projection and extend wear, and shares perfume formulas and raw-material resources for aspiring perfumers. Fragrance databases credit Voulgaridis with 19 perfumes.

The style is precise and generous with natural floral materials, with a clear structure from a bright top through a floral heart to a warm woody, ambery base.
