Raquel Bouris is the founder and creative director of the independent fragrance house Who Is Elijah, established in Sydney, Australia, in 2018. She conceived the brand after a 2017 trip to California and launched it from her garage with an initial investment of $12,000. Bouris developed the brand's genderless His|Her fragrance with a perfumer over four months and later oversaw releases including Nomad, Rebel Rose, Wall Street, and Ocean Eyes.
