Nyberg is celebrated for her bold, vibrant green top notes and her inventive blending of white florals, often drawing on her background in science, art, and gastronomy to create perfumes that fuse tradition with daring contemporary twists.
Véronique Nyberg is a renowned French perfumer whose journey began in a small village in the French Alps, where her botanist grandmother inspired a profound love for nature and plants. With a doctorate in Organic Chemistry, Nyberg first worked as a raw material quality controller in Grasse, before entering the world of perfumery via a chemist role at IFF in the Netherlands. Selected for IFF's prestigious perfume school in Grasse, she honed her craft under the guidance of luminaries like Dominique Ropion. Nyberg's creative process is deeply influenced by her passions for art, cooking, and cultural fusion, often experimenting with daring olfactory combinations and drawing inspiration from her culinary and artistic interests. She is especially noted for her innovative use of green top notes and her love of white florals such as orange blossom and jasmine, reflecting her Alpine roots. Throughout her prolific career, Nyberg has collaborated with major brands including Rabanne, Lancôme, Mugler, Jimmy Choo, Guess, Trussardi, Yves Rocher, and J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin. As Senior Perfumer at MANE, she continues to shape the modern perfume landscape with her vibrant and creative approach.
