Vincenzo Spinnato, also known as Vince Spinnato, is a cosmetic chemist, certified nose and president and CEO of TurnKey Beauty, Inc. He trained with perfumers at Orchidia Flavors and Fragrances to become a certified nose. His documented fragrance projects include JUDY - A Garland Fragrance, created with Judy Garland's children and released in 2022 for Garland's centennial, and Ella - by Vincenzo Spinnato, announced in 2023 for the Ella Fitzgerald Charitable Foundation.
