Bruno Acampora Egoi is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2019. Egoi opens with Lemon, settles into a heart of Cedar, and dries down to a base of Musk and Patchouli. Bruno Acampora's Egoi carries a Statement verdict, a woody-led wear.

Egoi is a polarising beast. For some, it's a vibrant, clean patchouli dream, while others find its intense, medicinal opening a real turn-off. Try before you buy, it's not a blind-buy safe crowd-pleaser.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Fall Winter

A cold-weather scent - best worn in autumn and winter.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Date

Given its intimate sillage and long-lasting nature, Egoi works well for casual wear and dates where proximity allows its unique character to shine without overwhelming. Its bold patchouli might be a bit much for a formal setting or the office, and it's definitely not a sport scent.

About

This is a straight-talking, earthy patchouli bomb with a bright lemon kick. The initial citrus burst is quickly overtaken by the deep, resonant cedar, before settling into a tenacious base of raw, musky patchouli. There's a clean, almost barbershop-like edge that keeps the herbal notes from becoming too heavy, but it remains defiantly grounded in its earthy roots. It's a scent that knows exactly what it is.
