Just Jasmine leads with the full, slightly narcotic character of the raw flower - sweet, heady and a touch animalic in the way real jasmine absolute smells rather than the cleaned-up, fruity-jasmine accord used in most mainstream florals. There's a warm, honeyed richness underneath the petals, with none of the fruit, powder or vanilla that usually round jasmine off into something more wearable. It's a strong note even applied lightly, and it stays close to true through the whole wear rather than fading into a generic white-floral blur. Projection is moderate to strong for the first hour, softening into a warm, skin-close floral haze that lasts respectably. This is best suited to people who already love jasmine and want to experience it unfiltered, or who are testing whether they can tolerate the indolic, slightly dirty facet of the flower before buying a jasmine-forward designer fragrance.
