Lantern Reed opens with a sharp, almost aggressive burst of grapefruit, immediately juxtaposed with a potent, grassy greenness reminiscent of vetiver. It's an aromatic and fresh spicy hit that quickly introduces an earthy, rather unexpected animalic funk.
