About

Christel Bergoin studied at ISIPCA and began her professional career with Quest International, where she worked as a fine-fragrance and beauty-care perfumer from 1993 to 2007. She co-founded Valeur Absolue with gemologist Laurence Chatelain, a brand whose first collection comprised four fragrances built around essential oils and semi-precious stones. Bergoin later joined Firmenich and is based in Geneva. Her credits include Peachy Sky for Brocard, released in 2018 with Adlen Moumene, and work for Roberto Verino.
