Concept-driven, narrative perfumery that links fragrance with literature, music and the senses. Her documented Pentalogies series explores individual senses, while La Croisée des Sillages is presented as a perfume-novel; L'Odorat - Étude 1.5 interprets leather through an aromatic, woody composition.
About
Clémentine Humeau trained in creative perfumery at the Cinquième Sens school in Paris and continued her education at the International Perfume School in Grasse. Since 2009, she has focused on perfume creation and runs the independent Les Olfactines studio, based in Marmande, France. Her documented work includes compositions for Pentalogies, Parfumeurs du Monde and Elaïo, including L'Odorat - Étude 1.5 for Pentalogies in 2020.
