Daniel Gallagher is an American independent perfumer and brand owner based in Texas. Originally from Massachusetts, he is the founder, owner and sole perfumer of Gallagher Fragrances, formally established on June 6, 2016, as well as the nose behind the Pearlescent Collection (formerly Pearlescent Parfums), launched in 2021 and merged under Gallagher Fragrances in 2023. Brand and retail biographies describe him as also serving as creative director, webmaster and graphic designer for Gallagher Fragrances. His fragrances are hand-bottled in-house, and online databases such as Fragrantica and Parfumo credit him with dozens of compositions released under his own label.
