About
Hernan Figoli is a perfumer at Givaudan, born in Argentina and raised in Brazil from the age of four. In a Revista Olfato interview he says his grandfather Benito and uncle Enrique ran a perfume raw material atelier in Argentina. He began with an internship at Givaudan while studying at a technical chemistry school at 16, worked in quality control, and had his first creation at Colgate-Palmolive with the Suavitel Azul fabric softener, before returning to Givaudan. Parfumo lists 22 of his perfumes, including O Boticario Floratta Emerald (2010), Myriad Celebrare, Coffee Man Sense and amyi 2.11.
