Hugh Spencer established Spenarome, LLC, a privately held creative fragrance house in Weston, Florida, and serves as its President and Chief Perfumer. Spenarome states that he has more than 30 years of experience in the fragrance industry and previously rose to Senior Vice President and Chief Perfumer. His credited creations include Judith Leiber Topaz, launched in 2011, Parfums Retro Grand Cuir, launched in 2013, and the JD - Jeffrey Dame collection, developed in collaboration with the brand in 2018.
