Jean-Charles Mignon is a French perfumer born in Poitiers and raised in a family of florists, which sparked his early ambition to work in fragrance creation. He studied Chemistry before training at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery and the Robertet perfume school, then joined the Robertet Group in 2014. In 2022 he moved to the UK to become a Senior Perfumer at CPL Aromas, where he is part of the creative talent team. He has also created the Pomegranate AromaSpace for CPL Aromas, an innovative pomegranate accord built from fruit headspace and juice facets. Mignon frequently cites travel, new cultures, nature and food as key sources of inspiration for his work and is personally passionate about sustainability in the fragrance industry.
