About
Joan Mateu co-founded PRFM Olfactive Expressions, the Barcelona-based fragrance company behind the Rosendo Mateu brand, with his father Rosendo Mateu in 2014; the first collection launched in 2015. He received perfumery training at Givaudan in New York, where he studied raw materials and basic compounding. He later became the company's manager and brand manager, while collaborating with his father on the Rosendo Mateu fragrance collections.
