About

Keiko Mecheri is the founder of the Los Angeles based niche perfume house that carries her name. The house says she was born in Japan, raised in California and studied art in Europe, and that she has been creating perfumes under her own label for about two decades, building a range of over 60 fragrances that are made in Grasse. A retailer describes Loukhoum as the iconic scent she introduced twenty years before Rebel Hearts (2018), a sweet fragrance with amaretto and Madagascar vanilla. Current releases on her site include Attar de Roses, Bal de Roses, Bohemes and Canyon Dreams.
