Zeromolecole
Sources on Zeromolecole describe Stefania Marzufero Boni’s style as focused on soft, intimate fragrances close to the skin, often built around gourmand accords. Parfumo highlights Biancolatte as a creamy gourmand centered on milk-like facets, while retailer and brand descriptions of Lalao emphasize warm, sugary, caramelized milk nuances. The brand communication stresses minimal, clear compositions that translate personal memories into edible-leaning, comforting scents more than large, diffusive structures.
Stefania Marzufero Boni is an Italian perfumer and founder of the Turin-based niche house Zeromolecole. According to Parfumo and UNI/VERE, she has worked for more than twenty years with high-quality raw materials at her perfumery Maître Parfumeur on Piazza Gran Madre in Turin, where the Zeromolecole project was born. Parfumo notes that she created the brand Zeromolecole in 2009 (founded around 2010), with the first fragrances released shortly afterward and an emphasis from the outset on gourmand compositions that were still uncommon in niche perfumery. Her work includes the creamy gourmand Biancolatte (Zeromolecole, 2011), cited by Parfumo as one of the house’s best-known scents and an ongoing bestseller. Wikiparfum and Scent Split list her as the perfumer of Lalao for Zeromolecole, launched in the early 2010s, while Zeromolecole’s own Instagram credits her with composing Tredici. She continues to act as both creative director and in-house perfumer for Zeromolecole.
