Suzy Le Helley is a dynamic French perfumer who has quickly established herself as an innovative force within the fragrance industry. Trained at the prestigious Symrise Perfumery School following her studies at ISIPCA in 2012, Le Helley developed her craft under the mentorship of renowned master perfumers Annick Ménardo and Maurice Roucel. Her career has taken her from hands-on ingredient sourcing in Madagascar to joining the Symrise Fine Fragrance team in Paris in 2018, where she was appointed perfumer in 2020. Le Helley’s global travels to countries such as Canada, Sri Lanka, Guatemala, El Salvador, Brazil, and Lebanon have deeply influenced her creative process, inspiring her to incorporate diverse natural ingredients in her compositions. She is recognized for her ability to handle short, readable formulas and for her innovative work across various fragrance types, including candles and 100 percent natural perfumes. In 2023, her growing influence was acknowledged when she received the People’s Choice Award for Men’s Fragrances at the Duftstars for Boss Bottled Parfum.
