About
Sylvie Fischer is a French perfumer who has spent most of her career with the Japanese fragrance house Takasago, which she joined in 1982 and where she specializes in fine fragrances while also composing scents for luxury cosmetics (Takasago, Wikiparfum). She comes from a family of perfumers and interned at Robertet at the age of 20 before starting at Takasago, where she was mentored by perfumer Michel Almairac (Luckyscent). Her work includes mainstream projects, such as fragrances for David & Victoria Beckham, and collaborations with niche brands including Nu_be (Luckyscent). For Molton Brown she created Mesmerising Oudh Accord & Gold (Molton Brown). She is also credited with Beckham Signature for Her for Coty/Beckham (Basenotes).
