Blossom Perfumery 562 Naxos is an Eau de Parfum. 562 Naxos opens with Bergamot, Lemon, and Lavender, settles into a heart of Jasmine, Cinnamon, and Cashmeran, and dries down to a base of Vanilla, Tonka Bean, and Tobacco. Blossom Perfumery's 562 Naxos carries an Acquired verdict, a sweet-led wear.

A flatter, faster-fading version of Xerjoff's Naxos. The honey note that dominates the real thing is barely present here, the tobacco-vanilla heart is much lighter, and where Naxos runs 10+ hours with heavy sillage, this dupe settles close to the skin within 3-4 hours.

About

562 | Inspired by Naxos opens with bright lavender, bergamot and lemon, giving a fresh Mediterranean lift close to the real XJ 1861 Naxos, though without the dense honey note that defines the original from the first spray. The heart moves through cinnamon, cashmeran and jasmine sambac, a warm spicy-floral accord that's pleasant but noticeably less rich and syrupy than Xerjoff's signature honeyed core. Tobacco, vanilla and tonka bean form the base, delivering a sweet, cosy trail that is enjoyable in the first couple of hours but thins out and loses sillage well before the original's famously long, atmospheric wear. This is a decent introduction to the honey-tobacco genre for the price, but anyone who has smelled the real Naxos will notice the missing depth, richness and staying power almost immediately.
