Cherry Spark opens with the same tart, fizzy cherry and zesty ginger pairing that made the Tom Ford original a talking point, and for the first half hour the resemblance is genuinely close. Where it starts to diverge is the heart: Electric Cherry's jasmine sambac has a slightly indolic, waxy richness that this version simplifies into a cleaner, more linear floral note. The base follows the same pattern, swapping the original's ambrettolide-musk-pink pepper structure for a softer amber and musk finish that smells pleasant but loses some of the original's sheen. It still captures the playful, candy-bright energy that made Electric Cherry popular, just with less complexity and staying power once the opening burst fades. A fun, unisex option for anyone who wants the mood without the price tag.
