Perfume Parlour Arching Shrub is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2018. Arching Shrub opens with Davana, settles into a heart of Rose and Honeysuckle, and dries down to a base of Moss. Perfume Parlour's Arching Shrub carries a Favourite verdict, a floral-led wear.

Arching Shrub copies Jo Malone's Honeysuckle & Davana - the same golden, sweet honeysuckle balanced by herbal davana over a green moss base. The budget version captures the natural floral idea but reads flatter, losing some of the original's gorgeous green depth.

About

Arching Shrub opens on davana - sweet, herbaceous and a little camphorous, with hints of hay and fruit - before the heart blooms into golden honeysuckle and soft rose, exactly the contrast that makes Jo Malone's Honeysuckle & Davana feel like a sun-warmed garden. A green moss base grounds it. The composition stays simple and linear like the original, but the budget take is flatter and the honeysuckle a touch more synthetic, with weak sillage that stays close to the skin (the Jo Malone is also a quiet cologne). It remains a fresh, natural green-floral for spring and summer, easy and uplifting for casual days, the office and warm-weather dates.
