Beyond opens on the signature Ultra Male hook: candied pear bright with bergamot and a cool mint lift, the pear instantly recognisable. Black lavender threads through but stays quiet. The heart leans on cinnamon with a faint cumin warmth and a whisper of clary sage, giving a spicy-sweet middle that never gets as dense or animalic as the original's. The dry-down is all black vanilla over soft amber and a thin woody base - the gourmand core survives, but the projection and weight do not. Where Ultra Male fills a room for hours, Beyond stays a sweet, comforting scent that hugs the skin and fades faster. It captures the fun, party-ready spirit of the original at a fraction of the price, just in a lower-definition, more linear form.
