Perfume Parlour Heavenly Birth is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2014. Heavenly Birth opens with Watermelon, Apple, and Guava, settles into a heart of Pineapple and Coconut, and dries down to a base of Musk, Cedar, and Sandalwood. Perfume Parlour's Heavenly Birth carries a Favourite verdict, a fruity-led wear.

Heavenly Birth chases Escada's Born in Paradise - that carefree tropical-fruity summer scent of pineapple and coconut over juicy guava and melon. It captures the mouth-watering fruity signature well, and since the original is already a light, skin-close scent, the dupe's modest performance feels true to character.

About

Heavenly Birth opens juicy and exuberant: guava, watermelon and green apple tumbling out in a bright, aqueous fruit-salad burst, the same instant-vacation entry that defines Born in Paradise. The heart is the tropical core - sweet, ripe pineapple shaken with creamy coconut milk, conjuring that piña-colada-on-the-beach mood the original is loved for. The base softens into dry cedar, sandalwood and clean musk, giving the fruit a light woody-creamy anchor. Against the genuine Escada it is a touch flatter and sweeter: the fruits read slightly more candied and the blend less nuanced, though the difference is small since the original itself is an uncomplicated, summery crowd-pleaser. Projection stays modest and it turns skin-close within a couple of hours - much like the real thing. The carefree, fruity-tropical mood comes through faithfully. It trades a little of the original's juicy realism for budget value, an easy warm-weather scent for casual days, the beach and daytime dates.
