Rosa Salas Neroli Blossom is an Eau de Parfum. Neroli Blossom opens with Bergamot, Lemon, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Neroli, Jasmine, and Lavender, and dries down to a base of Musk and Sandalwood. Rosa Salas's Neroli Blossom carries a Favourite verdict, a citrus-led wear.

Neroli Blossom captures Tom Ford Neroli Portofino's bright citrus-neroli opening well but drops the original's rosemary-myrtle-angelica complexity for a simpler, thinner drydown.

About

004 - Neroli Blossom takes on Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino, the 2011 Italian-Riviera signature built on bergamot, mandarin and neroli over a jasmine-orange blossom heart and a soft amber-musk base. Rosa Salas' version opens convincingly: bergamot, lemon and mandarin deliver the same bright, sun-warmed citrus blast that made the original a summer staple. The heart brings neroli forward with lavender and jasmine in support, echoing the original's floral direction, but the layered rosemary, myrtle and angelica that give Tom Ford's version its distinctive green-herbal complexity and its surprisingly long life on skin are simplified away here. The base settles into musk and sandalwood - clean and pleasant, but noticeably thinner than the original's honeyed amber close. Where reviewers of the genuine Neroli Portofino are divided on value given its five-to-six-hour average longevity, this dupe fades faster still, landing closer to two or three hours of citrus-floral brightness before it becomes a skin scent. It's a fair-weather freshener that nails the top notes of a genuinely loved summer classic without matching its depth or staying power.
