Arthur Burnham was a British perfumer and founder of the consultancy Arthur Burnham & Partners Ltd. According to Perfumer & Flavorist, his 35‑year fragrance career began with an apprenticeship at Roure Bertrand Fils et Justin Dupont, where he was the only British apprentice, and he later spent 18 years with Dragoco UK. Perfume Intelligence and Parfumo document him as an independent perfumer of international standing, with work for brands including Patrick Cox and Fragrances of Ireland. He also served as chairman of the British Fragrance Association, as reported in his Perfumer & Flavorist obituary.
