Dominique Vernaz is a technical director of perfumery and senior technical perfumer in R&D at Coty. He led the reconstruction of Coty’s Ambre Antique, created in 1905, for a 2025 limited edition of 1,905 bottles, including the recreation of Coty’s signature amber base Ambréine S. He has also discussed Coty fragrance reformulation, including the two- to three-year reformulation of Chloé Signature, and fragrance-delivery technology based on a sugar-derived molecule.
