About
Dora Baghriche (sometimes credited as Dora Baghriche-Arnaud) was born in Algiers, Algeria, in 1979 and moved to the south of France as a child. She studied perfumery at ISIPCA in Versailles, completing a two‑year program in fragrance creation before joining Firmenich as a junior perfumer in Geneva, where she worked under Michel Almairac. Promoted to senior perfumer in 2010, she later transferred to Firmenich’s New York team headed by Harry Fremont. Baghriche has created perfumes for numerous brands, including Caligna (L’Artisan Parfumeur), Mon Paris (Yves Saint Laurent), You (Glossier), Iris Meadow (AERIN) and Iris Malika (Chopard). Her work spans designer, niche and indie houses such as Gucci, Burberry, Chloé, Montblanc, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo and Olfactive Studio.
