About

Maud Chabanis is a French perfumer born in the Nîmes region of France, where her early experiences with local flowers, cooking and Provençal plants shaped her interest in scent. She studied in Montpellier, earning a Master’s degree in Cosmetics Aromas Perfumes Engineering (ICAP) and graduated top of her class in 2012. After university she joined Romessence as an assistant perfumer, deepening her knowledge of raw materials, especially natural ingredients. She later became a perfumer at PCW France (Parfum Cosmetic World) in Grasse, where she also serves as creative director and composes bespoke fragrances for the company’s clients.[2][1][8]

  • Kaltio for Scent of Finland - the brand commissioned Chabanis to travel to Finland to compose its line. Active at PCW with a background from the Nîmes region of France.
