Patty Canac is a French olfactory expert and aromachologist based in Bergerac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, where she founded the consulting and training company Olfarom, focused on aromachology and olfactory education. She previously worked for many years in the perfume industry as a trainer and "expert olfactif", notably collaborating with institutions such as the Musée du Parfum Fragonard in Paris for conferences on guiding emotions through essential oils. Canac is also active as a trainer for professional aromachology courses with organizations such as Champaca in Belgium and Nature en Tête in France. In 2019 she co‑authored the book "Le guide de l’odorat, mieux sentir pour mieux vivre" with Catherine Maillard, and later published "Le guide des émotions olfactives, équilibre et bien‑être grâce à l’aromachologie" with Acorelle, where she develops practical olfactory protocols using essential oils.
