About
Xavier Blaizot is a French perfumer and CEO based in the Greater Nice metropolitan area, where he leads PCW France as both chief executive and in-house perfumer.[2][4][8] He first earned a Master’s degree in Business & Economics from the École de Management de Normandie before entering the perfumery school at Robertet, where he studied for two years under perfumers Jean-François Latty, Jacques Flori and Michel Almairac.[8] After completing his training, he worked as a perfumer for Robertet in Europe, the United States and Mexico.[8] In 2021 he became in-house perfumer at PCW, combining creation with business development responsibilities and later the CEO role, with a particular focus on showcasing natural ingredients in modern perfumery.[4][7][8]
