A London personal care house with three quiet, naturally derived signature fragrances

About To My Ships

To My Ships is a London personal care and fragrance house launched in 2024 by Daniel Bense, who brought lessons from an earlier career at a large Australian brand. It makes deodorants, body care and fine fragrance from natural and naturally derived ingredients, and its team works across London, Paris and Melbourne. The trading company is By Your Arrows Ltd.

The name and the product titles come from Homer's Iliad, in Robert Fagles' translation. The brand's idea is to simplify getting ready for the day: personal care that leaves a subtle, uplifting single-note scent and a light environmental footprint, with refillable and recyclable packaging encouraged. Coverage describes the fragrances as understated and refined, with simplicity and subtlety coming first.

There are three signature scents. Of The Gods is a fresh, leafy green citrus built on polygonum, petitgrain and patchouli heart. Stand Up Bravely Marjoram is a grounded, earthy eau de parfum with bergamot, marjoram and sandalwood. The Incessant Anxiety Geranium is a clean, herbaceous and slightly minty scent of geranium, Timur pepper and patchouli heart. Each is also made as a deodorant or body wash, and a set of scent-infused ceramic tablets lets buyers try all three.

To My Ships sits where design-led personal care meets niche fragrance: sold on its own website and in Liberty London, with a first flagship store due in Marylebone in November 2026. It suits wearers who like quiet, natural-leaning scents, and buyers who want a matching deodorant and perfume.
