A fantasy note for apple spirit. It smells of hard alcohol and oak cask with caramelised apple through it, not of fresh fruit.
Scent Profile
Apple Liquor smells of hard alcohol and rum poured from a dark wooden cask, more spirit than fruit. Apple opens it, tart and crisp, but the boozy heat takes over fast and the fruit ends up flavouring the alcohol rather than the other way round. A caramelised apple sweetness runs through it, like toffee at a fair, with a dry oak-barrel wood underneath. A faint warm spice, cardamom and pepper, shows in the opening before the alcohol takes hold.

Used as the boozy gourmand centre of a composition rather than as a fruit top note. Reviewers report the apple fading within minutes while the alcohol, caramel and oak carry the wear.
